Terms:

First time orders will require pre-payment. We accept Visa and Mastercard and cheques. Customer with approved credit may still wish to pay by Visa or Mastercard in which case your credit card will not be charged until your order is ready to be shipped.

Customers who prefer to be invoiced are required to complete make arrangements with customer service at ext. 222. You will receive terms which will be determined on your next order once your credit application has been received and reviewed.

Billing process:

Materials are billed upon delivery of your order. All products have been listed in Canadian funds for the Canadian and US.

CREDIT/RETURNS:

Merchandise Credit policy:

No charge - returns within 7 days for regular stocked items only.
25% restocking charge - returns within 30 days for regular stocked items
40% restocking charge - returns within 31 - 180 days (customer required to contact products & promotion before return will be accepted)
A copy of the release form should be included, indicating the item(s) being returned, to avoid any delays and errors. Pick-ups can be arranged for larger shipments and will be subject to a charge. Only re-saleable items will be accepted for credit. Your account will be credited upon receipt of the items and a copy of the credit will be provided.

Custom Order Return Policy:

If you find a defect or have a problem with your custom order, you may contact us and we will assist you. If there is a defect with the product we will make arrangements for a return or credit. A reasonable explanation is required for orders that are returned. Before returning your order, you must obtain authorization from Products & Promotion.

DELIVERY METHODS

Products & Promotion uses Canada Post, Canpar, Purolator, and UPS. Freight costs are the responsibility of the customer and will be charged accordingly. We generally select the best form of delivery to meet your expected delivery date. If there are any changes to the method of delivery we will attempt to contact you to advise of any additional charges.

Rates & Policies:

We can deliver to all addresses, however please note that only Canada Post can deliver to a P.O. Box.

Your shipping cost is based on the weight of your order, where it is shipping from and to, and the shipping method you choose. An estimated shipping cost is provided on your order confirmation. Products & Promotion reserves the right to select the best form of delivery to meet your expected delivery date. If there are any changes to the method of delivery we will attempt to contact you to advise of any additional charges.

Please note that we ship from multiple locations and if you ordered several items with different production times, they may arrive at different times and in separate shipments.
